OUR HISTORY OF SUCCESS

Our company was founded in 1960 when Robert D. Randall purchased and refurbished his first duplex. Since then our company has built and acquired more than 30,000 apartment units in addition to numerous commercial, industrial, office and single family projects. Today, The Randall Group owns and manages close to 10,000 apartment homes and 3,000,000 square feet of industrial and commercial property in Oregon, Washington, California, Colorado, and Arizona.

The Randall Group has been built upon a tenet of team-oriented, hands-on, process driven management executed by a team of dedicated employees who share and embrace a common set of core values. This management style and talented team of employees remain the driving force behind Randall Group’s success today. The Randall Group has two subsidiaries that provide high quality management services for company-owned and fee-managed properties.  CTL Management, Inc. specializes in managing apartment communities and Focus Commercial, Inc. specializes in managing light industrial business parks and office buildings.
