Leasing Consultants are primarily responsible for renting apartments to new residents and providing customer service to existing residents. The Leasing Consultant will perform administrative duties such as processing applications and completing move-in paperwork, and will assist the Assistant Manager and Property Manager whenever necessary.
Maintenance Technicians are primarily responsible for maintaining the physical condition of the community as well as completing maintenance requests for residents. They are responsible for preparing the apartments for new residents and maintaining common areas. Duties could include coordinating with outside vendors, groundskeeping, cleaning, and painting. The Maintenance Technician reports directly to the MaintenanceManager, who in turn reports to the PropertyManager.
